Luxury Landscapes & Construction completed this substantial driveway project in Waltham, near Grimsby, completely transforming the front and surrounding areas of the property. The homeowners wanted to replace their old, broken concrete and uneven lawn with a smart, practical driveway offering considerably more parking space.
The project involved extensive groundwork before the new driveway could be installed. Our team removed more than 50 tonnes of concrete and spoil, giving us the opportunity to properly prepare and redesign the area rather than simply laying a new surface over the existing ground.
The finished block paved driveway provides an attractive new entrance to the property as well as additional off-road parking for multiple vehicles.
Complete Driveway Transformation
This was much more than a straightforward driveway installation. As part of the project, our team carried out a comprehensive package of groundwork and landscaping, including new drainage and preparation for a new mains gas pipe.
We also installed a new porcelain pathway and patio, created a sleeper flower bed and laid fresh turf to bring some greenery back into the finished design. The old wall was removed ready for new fencing, while a completely new driveway approach was created to improve access to the property.
Careful attention was given to both the appearance and practicality of the finished space. The combination of block paving, porcelain paving, new lawn and timber sleeper features has resulted in a much cleaner and more contemporary frontage.
